Founded in June 2010 by brothers Cody, Seth, and Sam Sadler, Sadler Powder Coating, LLC began as a small 5,500 sq. ft. shop in Henderson, Texas. Since then, we’ve grown into a 25,000 sq. ft. under-roof facility on more than 15 acres, proudly serving customers from our hometown and across the country. As a family-owned and operated business, we remain rooted in our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

At Sadler Powder Coating, we have the expertise and equipment to handle a wide range of projects—including Fusion Bond Epoxy (FBE) linings, powder coating, liquid painting, and sandblasting. From surface prep to final finish, our experienced team delivers high-quality, dependable results.
